Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport in which two individuals engage in a contest of strength, speed, reflexes, and endurance by throwing punches at each other while wearing gloves and other protective gear. It typically takes place in a boxing ring and is governed by a set of rules that outline the conduct of the match, including legal punches, scoring, and fouls. Matches are divided into rounds, and the contest can be won by knockout (KO), technical knockout (TKO), or by judges’ decision after the completion of all scheduled rounds. Boxing has a rich history and is recognized both as a competitive sport and as a form of entertainment. It can also serve as a means of physical fitness and self-defense.
