Fall Out Boy

Fall Out Boy is an American rock band formed in Wilmette, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, in 2001. The band’s lineup consists of lead vocalist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, guitarist Joe Trohman, and drummer Andy Hurley. They are known for their energetic pop punk style, incorporating elements of emo and alternative rock. Fall Out Boy gained significant popularity in the mid-2000s with their breakthrough album, “From Under the Cork Tree,” which featured hits like “Sugar, We’re Goin Down.” Their music often explores themes of love, heartbreak, and personal struggles, characterized by catchy melodies and introspective lyrics. The band went on a hiatus in 2009 but reunited in 2013, releasing new music and continuing to tour, solidifying their place in the pop-punk revival.
